Detailed Description

Junction tree data structure of BNCore: Clique, Separator and the JunctionTree container.

JunctionTreeCompiler::compile() fills a JunctionTree from a Graph. BatchWorkspace reads it to set up message passing, and BatchExecutionEngine runs queries against it. The tree holds structure only: calibrated beliefs live in the workspaces.
