Member Data Documentation

◆ assigned_cpts

std::vector<NodeId> bncore::Clique::assigned_cpts

Variables whose CPT is multiplied into this clique's potential. The compiler assigns every variable to exactly one clique, the first one that contains the variable and all of its parents.

Definition at line 26 of file junction_tree.hpp.

◆ base_potential

Factor bncore::Clique::base_potential

Table over scope without a batch dimension. add_clique() creates it zero filled and the compiler fills it with 1.0. BatchWorkspace takes the scope and shape from it and builds the actual potentials from the graph's CPTs.

Definition at line 31 of file junction_tree.hpp.

◆ id

std::size_t bncore::Clique::id

index of this clique in JunctionTree::cliques()

Definition at line 19 of file junction_tree.hpp.

◆ neighbor_cliques

std::vector<std::size_t> bncore::Clique::neighbor_cliques

indices of adjacent cliques

Definition at line 32 of file junction_tree.hpp.

◆ scope

std::vector<NodeId> bncore::Clique::scope

Variables of the clique. JunctionTreeCompiler stores them in ascending NodeId order, which BatchWorkspace relies on when it intersects scopes.

Definition at line 22 of file junction_tree.hpp.
