Detailed Description

bncore::BatchWorkspace, the message passing state of junction tree inference, and the precomputed index tables it runs on (CollectOp, DistributeOp, AssembleOp, CliqueMargInfo).

BatchExecutionEngine creates workspaces and drives them through reset(), the evidence setters, calibrate() or max_calibrate(), and the query functions. A workspace can also be used directly in that same order.
