Detailed Description

Reader that turns a GeNIe/SMILE .fta fault tree document into a validated faulttree::FaultTree.

The reader sits between the XML layer (xml_lite.hpp) and the model (fault_tree.hpp): it walks the parsed <ftaDiagram> element, maps the .fta type codes to GateType values, shares nodes that repeat by name, and returns a tree that has passed FaultTree::validate().
