Detailed Description

REST API implementation of ThermalHydraulicSolver.

Connects to a remote T-H solver process via HTTP REST API. The solver manages thermal-hydraulic state; ADS-IDAC manages branching and crew logic. Each advance call corresponds to one evaluation point (0.5 s of simulation time).

Every request opens a new HTTP connection (5 s connect timeout, 30 s read timeout for POST and GET). A failed POST, or a POST answered with status 400 or above, throws std::runtime_error, which the callers in ADSIDAC.cpp and Client.cpp do not catch.
