Detailed Description

Hardware reliability model: failure on demand, fault tree failure on demand and failure while running for frontline system components.

HWReliabilityModule loads the component failure models from SystemReliability.txt, watches the displayed state of each modelled component and registers a success/failure fork with the BranchRecord when a component is demanded (and, for components with a running failure model, at each time interval after the demand). The StateOfActivation base is sim::State::Done once no model can produce a fork any more.
