Detailed Description

Command/control dispatch — routes crew decisions to plant actions and branch generation.

CommandControlCenter receives decisions from the crew cognitive model and dispatches them as commands: generating DET branches for alternative decisions, executing actions on plant systems, and coordinating between operator modules.
