Detailed Description

Engine-side implementation of SolverCallback.

Holds the engine logic behind the Fortran-facing extern "C" entry points (interfc_, secini_, actonce_, actte_, initiate_branching_), which are thin trampolines in ADSIDAC.cpp that forward to the active SolverCallback, plus the restart management functions behind restartforanewsequence_ and initiationforrestart_. All methods act on the global simulation state (g_sim, r5pars_); the class has no data members.
